Work Timing: 9.30 AM to 6.30 AM

Work Mode: Work from office

Experience: Min 2 years of relevant experience

- Training Delivery: Conduct recent hire, transition, and refresher training programs for inbound and outbound collections teams.
- Content Development: Design engaging learning modules covering soft skills, negotiation tactics, objection handling, and skip-tracing techniques.
- Call Monitoring & Coaching: Listen to collection calls, evaluate performance against quality standards, and provide constructive feedback to agents.
- · Compliance & Regulations: Ensure agents thoroughly understand and follow legal guidelines and regulatory compliance (such as fair debt collection practices).
- · Performance Tracking: Identify knowledge gaps through metrics and data analysis, creating targeted action plans to boost recovery efficiency.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
