Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing accounting transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate documentation while supporting statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter daily accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries.
- Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
- Process vendor payments and record customer collections.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports.
- Maintain accounting records and commercial documents.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Stores,



and other departments for invoice and payment-related activities.
- Support GST, TDS, audit, and statutory compliance documentation.
- Assist the Accounts Manager with daily finance activities.
- Perform other accounting tasks assigned by management.

Qualification

- B.Com (Preferred)
- M.Com / BBA (Finance) – Added Advantage

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts or Finance.
- Freshers with good accounting knowledge are welcome to apply.

Key Skills

- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime or ERP software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 per month
