Primary Aim

To teach children in urban slums and rural villages according to their educational needs and to provide them with an environment of love, care, and comfort.

Responsibilities1. Conducting regular classes (Math & Science).

2. Preparing for sessions using provided lesson plans.

3. Ensuring good attendance and engaging children in creative activities.

4. Maintaining a safe and happy classroom environment.

5. Managing classroom cleanliness and basic etiquette.

6. Distributing nutrition and coordinating visits or outings.

7. Collaborating with the Programme Coordinator (PC).

8. Maintaining attendance and filling out necessary forms related to attendance, lesson plans, inventory, and workshops.

9. Attending Educators Training and Team Training as and when conducted.

Qualification





B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech for Math & Science for Linguistic & SEPEt

Good interpersonal skills, creativity, empathy, and an ability to work with children from challenging backgrounds

Comfort with basic technology such as laptops, tablets, office suite applications and project management software.

0-2 years of relevant experience

Location

This position is based in Lucknow in the allotted Yellow Rooms community.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
