Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and result-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing email marketing campaigns to engage customers, generate leads, and increase conversions. The candidate should have hands-on experience with email marketing tools and a strong understanding of campaign optimization, automation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and execute effective email marketing campaigns.
- Design and write engaging email content including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
- Manage email lists and ensure proper segmentation for targeted campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Optimize email campaigns using A/B testing and performance insights.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
- Work closely with the marketing and design team to develop email templates.
- Maintain email database hygiene and remove inactive or invalid contacts.




- Generate reports and analyze campaign performance to improve future strategies.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and campaign management.
- Good knowledge of lead generation and customer engagement through email campaigns.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance.
- Basic knowledge of HTML email templates is a plus.
- Excellent written and communication skills.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with one or more of the following tools:

- Lemlist
- Apollo
- Zoho Campaigns

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
- Experience with email automation tools and CRM platforms.

Pay: ₹12,856.59 - ₹27,822.44 per month
