Job Description: Counter Sales Associate – Luxury Sweet Brand

Department: Retail Sales

Reports To: Store Manager

Job Summary:

The Counter Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting guests with product selection, promoting premium offerings, processing sales transactions, and maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising and hygiene. The role requires a passion for luxury retail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities :

- Welcome customers warmly and create a memorable luxury shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, ingredients, flavors, shelf life, and storage instructions.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Upsell and cross-sell premium products, gift hampers, seasonal collections, and complementary items.
- Promote loyalty programs, special promotions, and new product launches.

Store Operations:

- Process cash, card, digital,



and other payment transactions accurately.
- Ensure products are attractively displayed according to brand standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
- Check product quality, expiry dates, and packaging before display.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sales counter and retail area.
- Support stock receiving, labeling, and merchandising activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
