Role Description

This is a full time, on-site ID Fitout Estimator role based in Infopark Koratty. The ID Fitout Estimator will be responsible for reviewing architectural and interior design drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fitout projects. The role includes rate analyses, detailed cost breakdowns, as well as supporting bid preparation, tender submission, and value engineering proposals. The estimator will coordinate with project managers, designers, procurement teams, and subcontractors to validate scope, obtain quotations, and track market rates.

Qualifications

- Strong estimating and quantity surveying abilities for interior fitout works- rate analysis, compile tenders, BOQ preparation,



and guiding the quantity take-off team based on project requirements
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, ID, MEP, and joinery drawings, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with estimating software like CCS Candy , Cost X etc will be added advantage.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with designers, project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under time-sensitive tender deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in ID fitout estimation in India or GCC markets is an advantage; knowledge of local materials and market rates is beneficial.

Experience :

Asst Estimator Minimum 3 years in Estimation, specific experience in ID Fitout sector desirable

Jr Estimator - 5-6 years in ID Fitout mandatory

Estimator - 7 years+ in ID Fitout mandatory, GCC experience desirable

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
