Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized individual who wants real ownership and leadership experience inside a growing creative agency. You’ll work directly with the founder, coordinate projects, manage operations, support business growth, and ensure smooth execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate between the founder and internal teams

- Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines

- Manage client communications and meeting follow-ups

- Assist with proposals, presentations, and pitch decks

- Conduct market and competitor research

- Support branding,



social media, and growth initiatives

- Improve workflows and help maintain operational efficiency

- Take ownership of projects from planning to execution
