- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Solid knowledge of application design and configuration within ServiceNow platforms.
- Experience in integrating IT operations management tools with enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT operations.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration processes in IT service management.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
