- Attend customer breakdown calls at any time, including after business hours and holidays, and take immediate corrective action to restore equipment to normal operation.
- Install, commission, service, and maintain screw air compressors, piston compressors, air dryers, air receiver tanks, filters, and related compressed air equipment.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults and carry out effective repairs.
- Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled service visits as per company standards.
- Submit detailed service reports, inspection checklists, and job completion reports after every site visit.
- Identify and recommend spare parts required for repair or preventive maintenance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and qualified technical support.
- Maintain proper communication with customers regarding equipment condition, repairs, and maintenance recommendations.
- Follow all safety procedures and company service standards while working at customer sites.
- Coordinate with the service manager regarding job status, spare parts requirements, and technical issues.
- Maintain service tools, testing instruments,



and company assets in good working condition.
- Be willing to travel extensively and stay overnight when required for customer support.
- Participate in technical training programs to improve product knowledge and service skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at customer locations.
