Job Overview

6-Month Internship

Stipend: ₹10,000/month

BE/B.Tech, MCA, BCA, BSc Computer Science, MBA (Business Analytics), or any Engineering Graduate.

Internship Objective

Unlike a traditional QA internship, this program develops future Product Analysts who understand product design, business requirements, the customer journey, manual and API testing, AI-assisted documentation, and product improvement. You will work directly with the CEO, Product Team, Developers, and Customers to help shape our products.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Analysis: Understand business workflows, analyze customer requirements, study competitor products, identify product improvement opportunities, and prepare feature documentation.

- Business Analysis: Write user stories, prepare acceptance criteria, create business requirement documents, and handle process mapping and workflow documentation.

- Quality Assurance: Execute manual, regression, smoke, UAT, cross-browser, and mobile testing.

- Documentation: Prepare test cases, test reports, release notes, product manuals, and knowledge base articles.

- API Testing: Use Postman for API testing, JSON validation, REST APIs, and response validation.

- Product Research:



Research competitors such as GlossGenius, Fresha, Vagaro, Square Appointments, Mindbody, Stripe, Shopify, and Toast; identify missing features and recommend improvements.

- AI Productivity: Use AI tools to write documentation, prepare user stories, analyze workflows, generate test cases, improve UI text, and research competitors.

Required Skills

- BE/B.Tech, MCA, BCA, BSc Computer Science, MBA (Business Analytics), or any Engineering Graduate.

- Excellent analytical thinking and strong logical reasoning.

- Good written English and communication skills.

- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

- Positive attitude and a quick learner.

6-Month Internship Training Plan

- Month 1 – Software Fundamentals: SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Product Lifecycle,



SaaS Fundamentals, UI vs UX, Defect Lifecycle. Hands-on with our product walkthroughs and setting setup. Deliverables: Product Understanding Document, Feature List, Product Flow Diagram.

- Month 2 – Product Analysis: Customer journey, merchant journey, user personas, workflow mapping. Hands-on: analyze one module every week, prepare user stories and acceptance criteria. Deliverables: BRD, User Stories, Flow Charts.

- Month 3 – Manual Testing: Test planning, test cases, regression, smoke, and UAT testing on our products. Deliverables: 200+ Test Cases, Bug Reports, Regression Checklist.

- Month 4 – API & Database: REST APIs, JSON, Postman, SQL basics. Hands-on: validate APIs and database verification. Deliverables: API Test Collection, SQL Queries, API Documentation.

- Month 5 – Product Improvement: Competitor research, customer feedback analysis, feature gap analysis, UX suggestions, AI-assisted documentation. Deliverables: Feature Recommendation Report, Competitor Comparison, Improvement Proposal.

- Month 6 – Product Ownership: Each intern owns one module — requirement understanding, testing, documentation, customer demo support, release verification, and final presentation. Deliverables: End-to-End Module Documentation, Testing Report, Product Improvement Proposal, Presentation to Management.
