Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee – Product Engineering to join our Product Engineering (R&D;) team in Pune. The selected candidate will work on engineering projects involving product design, development, testing, and delivery of engineering solutions.

This role offers hands-on exposure to product development processes, including design, prototyping, testing, pilot production, and product validation while working closely with senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in product development activities including:
- Concept planning, design, and execution of new products and product enhancements
- 2D & 3D CAD design, drawings, and modeling
- Prototyping and testing of concept designs
- Pilot production and pre-production activities
- Design reviews, verification, and validation testing
- Product usability testing
- Support the Sales team in responding to RFQs (Requests for Quotation) by:
- Conducting feasibility studies
- Developing conceptual designs and revisions
- Creating cost-effective design blueprints
- Support production teams to improve lead times and product reliability
- Coordinate with suppliers and support purchasing activities when required
- Contribute to product innovation and engineering improvements
- Follow company health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure workplace safety

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree (BE/B.Tech) in:




- Mechanical Engineering
- Automobile Engineering
- Production Engineering

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Proficiency in Creo 5.0.2.0
- Positive computer skills, especially MS Excel
- Ability to analyze engineering-related data
- Knowledge of:
- Measurement techniques
- Metrology and inspection methods
- Engineering drawings interpretation
- Inspection equipment
