PMO (Senior Analyst / PMO Lead) – Technology (GCC)

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, outcome-driven PMO professional to partner with the Head of Technology in our GCC. This role will drive portfolio governance, delivery oversight, financial tracking, and executive reporting across strategic technology programs. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical aptitude, crisp communication skills, and the ability to operate with ownership in quick-paced environments.

Mandatory Skills

- PMO / Program Management: 7–12 years within technology organizations
- Portfolio Governance: Delivery governance, project management, portfolio planning, capacity planning, roadmap management, OKRs/KPIs
- RAID Management: Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies
- Stakeholder Management: Executive communication and leadership engagement
- Financial Governance: Budget tracking, forecasting, ROI & benefits realization
- Vendor Management: SOWs, invoicing, partner performance visibility
- Agile / Hybrid Delivery: Scrum, SDLC, CI/CD
- Tooling Expertise: Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Analytics & Reporting:



Strong reporting skills using Power BI, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint
- Executive Dashboards: Data-driven reporting and storytelling for leadership
- Technology Understanding: Cloud, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and data platforms
- Process Improvement: Governance frameworks, change management

Good-to-Have Skills

- GCC Experience: Supporting global stakeholders across time zones
- Additional Tools: Smartsheet, SharePoint, Miro/Mural
- Certifications: SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, ITIL
- Portfolio Dashboards: Experience with OKRs, RACI, and portfolio dashboards
- Industry Exposure: Healthcare or global technology organizations
