Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring high-quality service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
