Position: Embroidery Punch Designer

Role Summary

The Embroidery Punch Designer will be responsible for converting artwork, design concepts, and sketches into high-quality digital embroidery files. The role requires expertise in embroidery digitizing software and a solid understanding of embroidery techniques to ensure efficient production and superior embroidery quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately translate design concepts and artwork into digital embroidery files using specialized software such as EPC Win.
- Create, edit, and optimize embroidery punching files for various fabric and product categories.
- Troubleshoot and resolve digitizing issues, including jump stitches, undercuts, thread breaks, and poor fill quality.
- Generate accurate color separations and production-related documentation.
- Conduct sample reviews and make necessary adjustments before bulk production.
- Create, organize, and maintain embroidery design libraries and archives.
- Collaborate with the Design, Production,



and Quality teams to ensure timely and smooth execution of embroidery orders.
- Ensure punching files are optimized to minimize machine downtime and maximize production efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 7–8 years of proven experience as an Embroidery Punch Designer or Embroidery Digitizer.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard embroidery digitizing software such as EPC Win, Wilcom, Pulse, Tajima, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of embroidery techniques, stitch types, thread paths, fabric behavior, and production processes.
- Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,958.73 per month
