Job Requirements

- MBA students or recent graduates (Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related fields).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confidence in speaking with hotel owners, managers, and business professionals.
- Basic knowledge of the hospitality, travel, or tourism industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other productivity tools.
- Good persuasion, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn sales techniques and contribute to business growth.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and products.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage sales leads simultaneously.
- Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in generating leads and identifying potential clients in the hospitality and tourism industry.
- Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and online platforms.




- Support the sales team in presenting Retrod Travel Tech's products and scheduling product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Update and maintain lead, client, and sales activity records in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on customer acquisition initiatives.
- Participate in client meetings, industry events, and networking activities when required.
