To drive secondary sales and retail execution within the assigned territory by managing distributor salesmen, expanding retailer base, improving product visibility, and ensuring consistent achievement of monthly sales targets. The Sales Officer is a frontline execution-focused role responsible for market coverage and sell-through.

- Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills.
- Achieve monthly secondary sales targets.
- 4–5 years in General Trade Sales.
- Experience in Luggage / Bags
- Monitor stock levels and recommend replenishment.
- Work closely with distributor salesmen to drive daily billing
- Support claim settlement and scheme implementation.
- Strong negotiation and business-case selling skills
- Robust distributor management capability
- Territory business planning skills
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit norms




- High field orientation & Negotiation & excellence
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting
- Data-driven with Excel & reporting proficiency
- Willingness to travel extensively within territory
- Local market language proficiency preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
