We are expanding our Insolvency & Bankruptcy practice and looking for a motivated Insolvency Executive to support our Resolution Professional to handle end to end processes under IBC and IP practice across CIRP, Liquidation, and Individual Insolvency matters before the NCLT.

Key Responsibilities

─────────────────────────

✅ Assist the Insolvency Skilled in CIRP, Liquidation, Bankruptcy and Personal Insolvency proceedings under IBC, 2016

✅ Assist RP in keeping the corporate debtor as going concern

✅ Draft statutory correspondence — demand notices, claim rejection/admission letters, CoC notices & minutes, progress reports

✅ Prepare and file regulatory submissions with IBBI, NCLT, and other authorities

✅ Coordinate with creditors, debtors, legal counsel, valuers, and government departments

✅ Maintain records, trackers, and documentation for ongoing insolvency matters

✅ Support asset tracing, forensic reviews, and transaction audits in insolvency contexts

✅ Monitor compliance timelines under IBBI (CIRP) Regulations and related rules

Who We're Looking For





─────────────────────────

Qualification: Inter CA / Company Secretary (Final or Inter)

Experience: 2–3 years in insolvency and bankruptcy is must

Strong drafting skills in English — legal and formal correspondence

Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and document management Prior exposure to IBC proceedings, NCLT filings, or IBBI portal is non negotiable
