Educational Qualification

B.Sc. / Diploma / BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience Required

- 3–5 years of experience in Tube Manufacturing, Pipe Manufacturing, or Fabrication Industry.
- Experience in production, surface treatment, pickling, chemical process, or tube mill operations is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel Tube Manufacturing will be given preference.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Production Engineer to supervise the Pickling Process (Chemical Surface Treatment) in a stainless steel tube manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, process monitoring, quality, safety, chemical handling, and team supervision.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise daily pickling and production activities.
- Monitor acid concentration, bath parameters, and process quality.
- Plan manpower and daily production schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure product quality and production targets are achieved.
- Monitor chemical consumption and bath maintenance.




- Follow safety procedures and PPE compliance.
- Prepare daily production and rejection reports.
- Train operators and improve process efficiency.
