The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing on-site execution across multiple project locations in South India. This role requires strong mobility, hands-on supervision, and the ability to ensure quality, timelines, and discipline across sites.

Key Requirements

- Education: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Experience: 2–5 years in site supervision or construction/project execution
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across South India
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team handling ability
- Valuable communication and reporting skills
- Problem-solving mindset with on-ground decision-making ability
- Basic understanding of drawings and project planning

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones

2. Multi-Site Coordination

- Travel across various project sites regularly




- Monitor progress at multiple locations and provide real-time updates
- Act as the central link between head office and site teams

3. Quality Control

- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections and identify defects or deviations
- Implement corrective actions immediately

4. Team Management

- Supervise and guide site workers and subcontractors
- Enforce discipline, productivity, and accountability on-site
- Support training and onboarding of recent workers

5. Reporting & Documentation

- Submit daily/weekly progress reports with photos and updates
- Maintain records of work completed, materials used, and manpower deployed
- Highlight delays, risks, or issues proactively

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
