What You’ll Do:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals & social media
- Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
- Work closely with hiring managers to close positions
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
