Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and communicative CRM Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service while maintaining accurate data within our CRM systems.

The ideal candidate is a multilingual professional who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and possesses the technical savvy to navigate CRM portals and MS Office suite with ease.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Manage inbound and outbound interactions via phone, email, and chat to resolve queries and build long-term relationships.
- Data Management: Maintain and update customer records accurately within the CRM Portal.
- Reporting: Use MS Office (specifically Excel) to track daily interactions and prepare basic performance reports.
- Problem Solving:



Address customer complaints or technical issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is addressed promptly.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a CRM, Customer Support, or Telesales role.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Hindi, English, and Telugu (Verbal and Written).
- Technical Skills: * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Hands-on experience with CRM Portals
- Soft Skills: Excellent active listening, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Availability: Ability to consistently work the 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM IST shift.
