Position – Corporate Strategy & Business PlanningPosition Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused professional to support the organization's strategic planning, business analysis, and performance management initiatives. The role will work closely with senior leadership to drive data-driven decision-making, business planning, financial analysis, and performance monitoring. Experience with CRM analytics and Business Intelligence tools will be an added advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Business Analysis

- Support the development and execution of the organization's long-term corporate strategy.
- Assist leadership in defining business objectives, strategic priorities, and key assumptions.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop business cases, financial models, ROI analyses, and scenario planning models for strategic initiatives.
- Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and cross-functional teams to align business objectives and drive execution.

CRM & Business Intelligence (Added Advantage)

- Analyze CRM pipeline data, customer behavior, and sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor business KPIs, sales metrics, and forecasting accuracy.
- Identify growth opportunities, operational improvements, and potential business risks through data analysis.
- Design and maintain dashboards and management reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Prepare business review presentations and performance reports for senior management.

Required Skills & CompetenciesMust-Have





- Strong understanding of corporate strategy and business planning.
- Expertise in financial analysis, financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to prepare executive-level presentations.
- Experience in data cleaning, validation, analysis, and generating actionable business insights.

Preferred

- Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipeline analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Excel Macros, VBA, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Strategy, Strategic Planning, Business Planning, Business Analytics, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), or a similar role.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales performance analysis will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
