Job Title: HR, IR & Admin Manager (LOCATION BELAPUR / VASHI 2 POSITIONS)

We are looking for an experienced HR, IR & Admin Manager to lead Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Administration, and Legal Compliance functions.

WORKING EXPERIENCE - 5 TO 9 YEARS / SALARY BETWEEN 40 K TO 50 K PER MONTH DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle.
- Handle Industrial Relations (IR), employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, legal regulations, licenses, audits, and statutory filings.
- Develop and implement HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee office administration, facility management, vendor management, travel, security, and housekeeping.
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS, attendance, leave,



and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with government authorities and ensure compliance with all applicable labor and legal requirements.

Requirements:

- GRADUATE/MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 5–10 years of experience in HR, IR, Administration, and Legal Compliance.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, payroll, and Industrial Relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
