- Job Description: Knowledge of P&C; Insurance underwriting;
- Sound knowledge of commercial Auto Insurance
- This role is primarily responsible for processing transactions as per the SLAs outlined by the client
- Ensure that all the transactions are processed as per defined and documented desktop procedures
- Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA are met
- Ensure that the quality of the transactions is compliant with predefined parameters
- Expected to work within strict deadlines, meet and continuously strive to exceed expectations for all process metrics and customer satisfaction measures
- Strong orientation towards Process Improvement and actively participate in AIM (All Ideas Matters)




- Flexible to work in rotating / adaptable 24*7 shifts to cover extended hours of operational requirements

Responsibilities: Primary Internal Interactions

- AM for the purpose of reporting performance, escalation handling, clarifying concerns, and seeking support
- Manager for the purpose of settling issues left unresolved by the AM and monthly evaluation of performance
- Subject Matter Expert for the purpose of handling process related issues; queries and escalated transactions
- QCA for the purpose of associate performance feedback and audit in order to update the training curriculum

Qualifications: Minimum Graduation
