Job Summary:
We are looking for a Franchise Development Manager to identify, recruit, and onboard new franchise partners while supporting business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate franchise leads.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with potential franchisees.
- Evaluate and qualify franchise opportunities.
- Manage the franchise sales process from inquiry to agreement.
- Coordinate franchise onboarding and handover.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
- Achieve monthly and annual franchise sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or sales.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
