1. Follow Personnel Hygiene practices and monitor Departmental hygiene.

2. Ensure cleanliness, maintenance of department, premises and equipment.

3. Ensure environmental conditions of all areas are maintained as per requirement.

4. Co-ordination with packing, purchase, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and other departments for effective functioning of packing /raw material stores

5. Carry out dispensing activity as per dispensing plan.

6. Responsible for receipt, storage, dispensing and accounting of packing materials/ raw material

7. Preparing regular reports and statistics related of packing /raw materials on a daily, weekly basis.

8. Basic working knowledge of ERP/SAP systems along with the ability to handle and coordinate manpower effectively.

9. Any other assignment allocated by department head.
