Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-driven Senior Technology Analyst to lead and support organization-wide technology transformation initiatives. This role is focused on designing, developing, and optimizing internal systems, automating business processes, and building scalable digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and execute enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives

- Design, develop, and deploy internal tools, applications, and automation solutions

- Identify opportunities for process digitization and implement efficient digital workflows

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, system designs, and architecture frameworks

- Develop robust scripts, backend services, and automation tools using Python

- Build and manage API integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems

- Monitor, optimize, and enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability

- Analyze business processes, identify bottlenecks,



and implement technology-driven improvements

- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver effective and scalable solutions

- Support the development, enhancement, and integration of ERP and other internal business systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum 2 years of full-time relevant work experience (internships excluded)

- Strong proficiency in Python programming and software development

- Hands-on experience in system development and process automation

- Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data handling

- Working knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities
