As a Privacy Engineer with OneTrust experience, you will be responsible for implementing and managing OneTrust privacy compliance solutions, primarily focusing on the technical aspects of integrating OneTrust modules with web applications using CSS, JavaScript, FreeMarker, Python, and OneTrust APIs.

Responsibilities:

- OneTrust Module Integration: Integrate OneTrust modules (e.g., Consent Management, Data Subject Request, Cookie Management) into web applications using CSS, JavaScript, FreeMarker, and Python.
- Customizations: Develop custom CSS styles, JavaScript logic, and Python scripts to tailor OneTrust modules to the organization's branding and user experience requirements.




- FreeMarker Templates: Create and manage FreeMarker templates to dynamically render OneTrust components within web pages.
- Python Backend Integration: Develop Python scripts to interact with OneTrust APIs, process data, and automate tasks related to privacy compliance.
- OneTrust API Integration: Integrate OneTrust APIs with backend systems to enable data synchronization, consent management, and other privacy-related functionalities using Postman
- Cookie Management: Implement and maintain cookie policies, banners, and consent mechanisms using JavaScript and OneTrust's cookie management features.
- DSR Module Integration: Configure and manage the Data Subject Request module to handle user requests for access, rectification, erasure, and data portability.
- Privacy Assessments: Assist in conducting privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and identifying privacy risks.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with privacy regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, and local laws.
- Incident Response: Contribute to the investigation and resolution of privacy incidents, including data breaches.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of OneTrust & other privacy solutions.

Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of privacy principles and regulations.
- Experience with OneTrust privacy compliance solutions.
- Proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, FreeMarker, Python, and OneTrust APIs.
- Knowledge of web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in privacy (e.g., OneTrust FIP).
- Knowledge of security best practices and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST Privacy Framework, HIPAA Privacy requirements).
