Position: Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Sales & Business Development

Location: Bhiwandi–Kalyan Bypass, Thane, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Qualification: B.Com / BBA / BMS / MBA

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of Field Sales experience

Industry: Sports / Leisure & Recreation

Key Responsibilities

- Drive domestic sales of in-house manufactured PCP Airguns across India.
- Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks.
- Generate recent business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Conduct dealer meetings, product demonstrations, and customer visits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in Mechanical Engineering products or related industrial products.
- Experience in Firearms, Airguns, Sporting Goods, Outdoor Sports, Defence Products, or similar industries will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and capable of independently managing sales operations.
- Willing to travel extensively across India.
- Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting.
