The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining customer records, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-3years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales support (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
