Description

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer with expertise in Figma to join our team. As a Figma Expert, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences that drive business success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility

- Utilize Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing,



and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility standards throughout the design process.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and current features in Figma to optimize design workflows.
- Produce and maintain design guidelines, icing a harmonious and cohesive stoner experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma projects.
- Expertise in using Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
