Job Description:

We are seeking a Site Supervisor with 1+ Years of Experience in Interior Design to oversee and manage interior design project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring in office work is carried out efficiently, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage interior design project execution at various sites.
- Ensure that designs are implemented as per approved layouts and specifications.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors for seamless workflow.
- Monitor project progress, ensure timely completion, and maintain quality standards.
- Oversee material procurement, inventory,



and on-site resource allocation.
- Address and resolve any site-related issues or challenges in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Maintain daily reports on project status, site activities, and work schedules.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- A Minimum of 1 year of experience in site supervision within the interior design industry is a must.
- Strong knowledge of interior design materials, construction techniques, and on-site execution processes.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding CAD drawings, blueprints, and project plans.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
