About the Role

We are looking for an experienced *Tax Manager* to lead and oversee the organization's tax compliance, litigation management, and tax advisory functions across global operations. This role requires a highly competent Chartered Accountant with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle day-to-day tax-related queries from various departments.

* Manage ongoing tax litigation matters and coordinate with external tax consultants.

* Evaluate company policies and business decisions that may impact global tax compliance.

* Coordinate with internal teams to collate tax-related data required for statutory audits and financial book closure.

* Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance across applicable jurisdictions.

* Work closely with finance and business teams to identify and mitigate tax risks.





* Support tax planning initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

* Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities whenever required.

Eligibility Criteria

* *Qualification:* Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.

* *Experience:* Minimum *10 years* of post-qualification experience.

* Candidates should have *diverse taxation experience* and should *not be restricted to a single industry or taxation domain*.

* Strong knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, tax compliance, audits, and litigation management.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a robust command of English.

* Ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
