Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager

Experience: 5–7 Years

We are looking for an experienced Zonal Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive business growth, and strengthen our channel network. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both channel sales and project sales, with a strong background in the uPVC/Aluminium windows & doors (Fenestration) industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned zone.
- Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify, appoint, and manage channel partners, dealers, and fabricators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through builders, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Manage project acquisition, quotation follow-ups, and order conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, inventory, and payment collections.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts,



and business performance updates.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the field sales team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in the Fenestration, Building Materials, uPVC, Aluminium Windows & Doors, or related industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Robust experience in Channel Sales and Project Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
- Strong leadership, planning, and analytical skills.
