We, at Satopradhan seeking a dedicated and experienced Organic Farm Manager ( Educated Farmer ) to oversee our organic farm's day-to-day operations and long-term success. As an Organic Farm Manager, you will manage all aspects of farm production, ensure compliance with organic certification standards, and promote sustainable farming practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan crop rotations, monitor soil health, and implement organic farming techniques.
- Develop seasonal planting and harvesting schedules.
- Manage pest and disease control using organic-approved methods.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and farm infrastructure.
- Handle budgeting, expenses, and resource planning.
- Lead and train farm staff, ensuring safety and productivity.
- Continuously improve farming practices through research and experimentation.
- Supervising the Farmers.
- Cash & Data Management.
- Basic Computer Knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture,



Horticulture, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).
- Proven organic farming management experience and a strong understanding of organic certification standards.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of sustainable agriculture and farm machinery
