We are seeking a dynamic Sales cum CRM Executive to join our team. You will drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. The ideal candidate will manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to post-sale customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals and contracts. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]





Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients to ensure high satisfaction.
- Manage, update, and maintain accurate client data within the company CRM system.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Implement retention strategies and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
