About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with leading e-commerce platforms such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, AJIO, Snapdeal, and Meesho. The role involves product listings, catalog management, inventory coordination, order processing, pricing, promotions, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings across Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, AJIO, Snapdeal, and Meesho.
- Create new product listings and optimize titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and keywords.
- Handle catalog creation, updates, and troubleshooting listing errors.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates across all marketplaces.
- Process orders, returns, cancellations, replacements, and RTOs.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.
- Monitor pricing, offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Myntra Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
- Analyze sales reports and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Resolve marketplace-related issues, account health concerns, and support tickets.
- Coordinate with account managers from various marketplaces for growth opportunities.




- Maintain SKU data, product information, and marketplace compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion rate, and overall marketplace performance.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with one or more marketplaces: Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, AJIO, Snapdeal, and Meesho.
- Strong knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
- Good understanding of inventory management and order processing.
- Familiarity with marketplace seller panels.
- Experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) and Google Sheets.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with marketplace advertising is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SEO for product listings.
- Experience with ERP, inventory management software, or marketplace integration tools is preferred.
