Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the smooth financial operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and accounting records.
- Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Reconcile bank statements and cash accounts.
- Maintain staffing salary credit and holidays and OTs records.
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing.
- Prepare basic financial reports and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and clients as required.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Support compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- fresher or accounting experience.
- Knowledge of Tally, snd similar accounting software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
