Role(s): Technical - IT BA
Role Location(s): Any UST location; should work during EMEA time zone

Role Scope / Deliverables: Key responsibilities include:
Lead end-to-end business requirements gathering for Coupa P2P across AMER and EMEA.
Facilitate workshops to capture current-state and future-state P2P processes.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Support the design and validation of Coupa-SAP S/4HANA integrations using SAP SDIS and MuleSoft.
Collaborate with SAP, Coupa, and integration teams to ensure alignment with standard P2P best practices.
Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
Ensure consistent application of global P2P standards while accommodating regional and company-code-specific needs.
Produce and maintain process documentation, business rules, and solution design artefacts.
Support change management activities including training inputs and business readiness.
Work closely with the IT Project Manager to track progress, risks, and dependencies in Planview.
Key deliverables include:
Business requirements and functional design documents
End-to-end P2P process flows and data mappings
Integration requirements and validation support
Test scenarios, UAT support, and sign-off documentation
Business-ready solution aligned to PMF governance
Key Skills: Required:




Robust experience as a SAP Business Analyst on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) initiatives.
Hands-on experience with Coupa P2P implementations.
Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA P2P processes (Requisition to Pay, Vendor Master, Invoicing, Payments).
Experience working with system integrations, ideally SAP SDIS and/or MuleSoft.
Proven ability to operate in large, global, multi-region ERP programs.
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience working within structured project governance frameworks.
Nice to have:
Prior experience in multi-instance SAP landscapes.
Experience working in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
