SIONRequired Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com)

● CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance preferred

●Experience 5–10 years of accounting , preferably in real estate or construction industry must know Farvision

● Strong knowledge of: ○ GST & TDS ○ Project accounting ○ Finalization of accounts ○ MIS reporting ○ Financial analysis/ FARVISION

Key Responsibilities

● Maintain books of accounts for real estate projects and corporate entities

● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

● Handle project-wise accounting, revenue recognition, and cost tracking

● Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances

● Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and related reconciliations

● Monitor accounts payable and receivable

● Conduct bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny

● Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities





● Manage vendor payments, contractor billing, and customer collections

● Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budgeting reports

● Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

● Support management in financial planning and internal controls

Skills Required

● Proficiency in TallyPrime, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems

● Positive understanding of real estate accounting practices

● Strong analytical and reconciliation skills

● Attention to detail and deadline management

● Excellent communication and team coordination skills

Salary Upto 35K

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
