QA / QC ENGINEER JOB DESCRIPTION

- Inspect raw materials and bought-out components upon receipt using drawings, standards, and specifications.

Verify certificates such as Material Test Certificates (MTC), and check agains material grade, heat number, and traceability.

- Conduct dimensional and visual inspections during machining, forging, assembly, and fabrication processes.
- Ensure all operations are carried out as per process control plans and work instructions.
- Perform final inspection of tube fittings, valves, and assemblies before dispatch.
- Ensure products conform to drawings, tolerances, pressure ratings, surface finish, and cleanliness standards.
- Verify proper marking, tagging, and packaging.
- Conduct pressure testing (hydrostatic/pneumatic), leak testing, and other functional tests as required.




- Maintain detailed inspection and test reports, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and other quality records.
- Maintain calibration record of all measuring instruments and testing equipment’s and ensure their time to time calibration.
- Participate in internal audits and support third-party/customer inspections.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve product and process quality.
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, and design teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
