Position: Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager / Credit Control Manager

Location: Perumbavoorr
Salary: Up to 6 LPA (Negotiable )
Experience: 7–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable and Credit Control.(FMCG industry experience is highly preferred.)
Qualification: Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager / Credit Control Manager to lead the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control functions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing collections, reducing overdue receivables, improving cash flow, implementing effective credit control policies, and leading the AR team while working closely with Finance and Sales.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process.
* Monitor customer outstanding balances and aging reports.
* Ensure timely collection of payments and minimize overdue receivables.
* Review and reconcile customer accounts.
* Resolve billing disputes and payment discrepancies.




* Develop and implement effective credit control policies and procedures.
* Evaluate customer creditworthiness and recommend credit limits.
* Monitor customer credit exposure and payment performance.
* Lead collection activities and negotiate payment plans where required.
* Reduce bad debts through proactive credit monitoring.
* Prepare AR, collection, and DSO reports for management.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
* Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance cash flow.
* Lead, mentor, and manage the Accounts Receivable & Credit Control team.
* Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams on customer payment and credit-related matters.
