The IT Service Delivery Functional Lead for Manufacturing SAP will support platform management activities serving as a partnered liaison between the business, IT Basis, IT Security and IT Functional Teams.

This role is responsible for building strong, team-oriented relationships across our IT and business teams bringing SAP ECC functional expertise.

What you will do:

+ Ensure excellence in process execution across all operational processes (e.g., incident, problem, change, configuration, etc.) related to the service.
+ Leads continuous improvement initiatives to mature operations and increase visibility into service performance.
+ Advises business on available standards, methods, tools and application relevant to area of service and can make appropriate choices for alternatives.
+ ​​​Build and maintain strong relationships with IT and business teams
+ ​Partner with business and technical teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business demand and the delivery of solutions.
+ ​Define tangible use cases that align desired technology output to commercial objectives
+ ​Recommend business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes
+ ​Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams

What you will need:





+ Bachelor’s or master's degree in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, preferred.
+ 7-10 years of experience in the field of IT and Manufacturing with SAP.Expertise in FICO, PP, MM, WM, PPQM.
+ Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to lead on and off-shore technical teams.
+ Works effectively with cross-departmental teams and facilitate discussions across the team to derive solutions.
+ Ability to self-direct work efforts, meet deadlines, and produce consistent high-quality work
