Develop and optimize downstream purification processes for microbial-derived biologics.
Perform purification using chromatography, filtration, centrifugation, and UF/DF techniques.
Operate chromatography systems (e.g., ÄKTA) and downstream processing equipment.
Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports, SOPs, and protocols.
Support process scale-up, technology transfer, and manufacturing.
Collaborate with Upstream, Analytical, QA/QC, and Manufacturing teams.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and EHS requirements.
Qualification
M.Sc./M.Tech.
in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering, or related Life Sciences.
2–8 years of experience in downstream process development for microbial biologics.
