- Valuable experience working with corporate sectors and engineering and construction companies.
- Handled complete company accounting and managing procedures
- Project-Based Costing & Budgeting: Collaborate with project managers to build detailed site budgets, analyze labor and raw material expenses, and track cost overruns.
- Contract & Revenue Management: Manage complex billing such as Percentage-of-Completion accounting, track multi-stage progress payments, and handle retainage (holdbacks) to maintain cash flow.
- Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Lead GST and TDS return filings, manage vendor compliance regarding MSME acts, and ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks like RERA (Real Estate Regulation and Development Act).
- Vendor & Subcontractor Reconciliation: Process supplier invoices,



negotiate payment terms, ensure lien waivers are signed, and monitor ledger payables for multiple project sites.
- Financial Reporting & Auditing: Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, oversee both internal and statutory audits, and generate accurate Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements for leadership
- Cost Overrun Reduction: Minimizing variance between estimated and actual construction costs.
- Working Capital Cycle: Optimizing cash flow and reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Audit Compliance: Zero-defect statutory and tax audits

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
