Job Title: Rate Analyst – Modular Furniture Projects

Location : Vasna-Bhayli road, Vadodara.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct detailed cost analysis of modular furniture products and components

2. Identify and recommend cost reduction strategies without compromising quality

3. Plan, estimate, and monitor overall project costs for modular furniture projects

4. Perform market research to evaluate current pricing trends and benchmark product rates

5. Compare in-house product costs with similar items available in the market

6. Collaborate with procurement, design, and project teams to optimize cost structures

7. Prepare reports, cost sheets, and pricing summaries for management review

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in interior fit-out or modular furniture industry

2. Knowledge of vendor management and sourcing strategies

3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
