Job Summary

We are looking for a HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are passionate about building a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment and interview scheduling.
- Screen resumes and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support on boarding and induction of new employees.
- Monitor attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with various departments for HR activities.
- Assist in employee engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
