Job Title: HR Intern (Talent Acquisition)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination. It is an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates who are interested in building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and social media.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
