We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated US IT Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition. Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or freshers with solid communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Source and recruit IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.

Screen candidates based on client requirements and technical skills.

Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Ensure timely submissions and achieve recruitment targets.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written English communication.





Basic understanding of the US IT recruitment process.

Knowledge of job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and Indeed is an advantage.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Willingness to work the US night shift.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

0–3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
