HR Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on attendance management, documentation, labour compliance, and plant-level HR activities. The role involves close coordination with employees and plant teams to ensure accurate records, compliance with labour laws, and smooth onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Labour & Documentation Management

- Verify and maintain labour contracts and employee documentation
- Ensure all employee records are complete, accurate, and updated
- Handle documentation for new joiners including KYC, statutory forms, and contracts
- Maintain proper filing (physical & digital) for audit readiness

2. Attendance & Payroll Support (Labour)

- Perform attendance reconciliation on a regular basis
- Track employee attendance, leaves, overtime, and shifts
- Coordinate with contractors, warehouse manager to ensure accurate inputs
- Resolve discrepancies in attendance or time records

3. Plant HR Operations

- Conduct plant visits twice a month for:
- New joiner documentation verification
- Attendance validation
- Act as HR point of contact for plant employees




- Ensure adherence to company HR policies at plant level

4. Compliance & Statutory Requirements

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
- Support internal and external HR audits
- Maintain compliance records (PF, ESIC, registers, etc.)
- Monitor contractor compliance and documentation

5. Employee Coordination & Support

- Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and attendance
- Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations (preferably plant/manufacturing setup)
- Knowledge of labour laws and compliance
- Strong Excel and documentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability

Key Competencies

- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Robust analytical skills (especially for attendance reconciliation)
- Ability to handle confidential information

Willingness to travel for plant visits

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
